Description
During the late 1960s when the nation is unequally divided over the Vietnam War, civil rights issues, and political turmoil, Jorden Marshall, a young school teacher, from Columbus, Georgia, fights to define her own beliefs. She and Lt. Alex Whelan, her future husband who is engaged in combat against the North Vietnamese, strive to create an unbreakable bond, not to be shattered by war. However, fate prevails. Jorden meets Lt. Matt Ulster, and the two develop a mutual understanding that there will be no commitments between them as they are slated for different directions. But before Jorden and Matt are to go separate ways, will she remain loyal to Alex?
