To retrieve the stolen superconductor would be illegal going into unassigned space. To follow the law allowes the outlaws to create a weapon of mass destruction. Jay Fred knows the planet, but he can't be trusted. The decision is tough. The right decision could mean detention, the wrong decision means death and destruction.
